About the Job
The SaaS Sales Associate is responsible for prospecting, identifying, and generating new opportunities via phone, email, and social networks. Under this role, he/she will be responsible for the sales of IFS software and effectively building and managing a sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to build a strong pipeline of logistics companies.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery to product demonstrations, proposal negotiations, and closing.
- Take a consultative sales approach, engaging with multiple stakeholders to understand their operational challenges and present tailored IFS software solutions.
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with prospects and customers to foster long-term engagement and satisfaction with IFS’s logistics SaaS products.
- Execute outbound sales activities including cold calls, emails, social selling, and live product demonstrations.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with IFS’s existing customer base and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell across our expanding software ecosystem.
Requirements:
- You’re a student, recent graduate, or career starter looking for in-person sales experience
- Availability to work full-time from 8 AM to 5 PM US Eastern Time. (flexible part-time options available)
- Strong executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization, time management, and follow-through skills.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly understand client needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Open to coaching and continuous improvement, with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
