Yes, you can start with a free trial account at any time. During the free trial, you will have unlimited access to all the functionalities of the application for 15 days. Also, during the trial period, you will be assigned to a training specialist to help you with any questions or concerns that you might have. In the case that your trial expires, and you did not have enough time to test the software, you can ask for an extension of your free trial.

Yes, we provide interactive instructor-led trainings via Zoom as part of the onboarding process. You can also request additional trainings at any time for a low fee. Trainings can be set in a 1-to-1 session or 1-to-many. For trainings, contact your account manager or complete the form on our Contact Us page.

Yes, you can mix and match different user license types depending on your team’s needs. This will allow you to effectively manage costs by only providing users with the level of functionalities required by their role.

The level of segmentation provided by the system to secure your customer data and ensure your privacy has been implemented in a way that even if human error happens, your data is not exposed to other customers.

Additionally, we have implemented a comprehensive multi-cybersecurity framework that borrows security best practices from The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), The Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC), and the Center for Internet Security (CIS).

All of our subscriptions come with different levels of support. Free subscriptions provide email support from 8 AM to 5 PM, Basic and Standard subscriptions provide email and phone support from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Advanced provides email and phone support 24/7/365.

Yes, you can integrate Warehouse Orchestrator with any platform or software of your preference. The system currently provides multiple built-in integrations that do not require any development capability (any person can do it). For more advanced integration capabilities or for integrations that are not currently built into the system, you can use our open Application Programming Interface (API).

For additional convenience or for companies that do not have development capabilities, they can achieve any integration by leveraging our integration service team.
